We took the same picture each day while waiting for the elevator to take us to dinner... note how our beautiful tans change as the days go on, yet Des is always the tannest and Melissa is always the whitest.
For the 4th of July weekend, we spent five days in Laughlin, Nevada. It was in the triple digits every day, ranging from 105-111 during the day. That didn't stop us from hanging out by the pool (getting in and out over and over again because it was so hot), reading lots of books, jet skiing at Lake Mead, and having tons of fun. While we were there, Melissa found out that she passed her NCLEX exam and was offically an Registered Nurse so we had even more reason to celebrate.
